Figure 2: A 32-year-old patient, showing preoperative front (a), oblique (c and e) and 24 months postoperative front (b), oblique (d and f) photographs after superomedial pedicle, inverted T-scar breast reduction. A total of 430 g was removed from the right breast and 480 g was removed from the left side. Preoperative suprasternal notch to nipple distance was 23.5 cm on the right breast and 24 cm on the left side and the new nipple was marked at 8 cm below the breast upper pole on the breast meridian (suprasternal notch to nipple distance was 21 cm), at 24 months postoperatively the nipple was measured at 22 cm on both sides. This distance lengthened 1 cm as measured vertically. Preoperative nipple to inframammarian fold distance was 12 cm on the right breast, 11 cm on the left side and was planned to be 8 cm, at 24 months postoperatively this distance was measured at 9.5 cm on both sides
